Banana Protein Pancakes

5-Ingredient Banana Protein Pancakes (These are So Easy!)

Ingredients

¼ cup vanilla protein powder

2 tbsp coconut flour

1 medium banana

1 large egg

1 tsp vanilla extract

coconut oil, for greasing

Instructions

  1. Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Lightly grease a non stick skillet with coconut oil.
  3. Heat the skillet over medium low heat until hot.
  4. Drop 1/8 cup of batter for each pancake onto the hot skillet.
  5. Cook until small bubbles begin to form on the top.
  6. Carefully flip the pancakes and cook on the other side 30- 60 seconds or until cooked through.
  7. Serve warm.
