Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425ºF.
  2. Season the avocado slices with salt.
  3. In a shallow dish place the milk.
  4. In another shallow dish place the corn flour, garlic powder and chili powder and mix to combine.
  5. Place the breadcrumbs in third shallow dish.
  6. Dip each avocado slice in the milk then dredge in the flour mixture.
  7. Dip again in the milk then dredge in the breadcrumbs.
  8. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  9. Spray the avocado slices with cooking oil spray.
  10. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden.
