Aloe Vera Cucumber Digestive Drink with Ginger and Mint
Scale
- 2 tbsp edible aloe vera cubes or edible aloe vera gel
- 2 medium cucumbers
- 1 medium lemon, peeled
- 1 inch fresh ginger, peeled
- ¼ cup fresh mint
- 1 cup cold water
- Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
- Pour in a glasses.
- Add a few ice cubes (optional) and serve.
- If you want, you can strain the drink through a fine mesh sieve or nutbag and then serve.
