6-Ingredient Almond Flour Chocolate Chip Protein Cookies

¼ cup vanilla protein powder

¼ cup almond flour

¼ cup natural almond butter

2 tbsp granulated Stevia or other low carb granulated sweetener to taste

3 tbsp unsweetened almond milk (more or less, as necessary)

2 tbsp sugar free dark chocolate chips


  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. In a bowl place the almond flour, sweetener and protein powder and mix to combine.
  4. Add the almond butter.
  5. Slowly stir in the almond milk, 1 tablespoon at a time until you get a soft dough you can shape with your hands.
  6. Fold in the chocolate chips.
  7. Drop the dough by rounded tablespoons onto the prepared baking sheet.
  8. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the bottoms are just lightly starting to brown.
  9. Remove from the oven and allow to cool completely before serving.
  10. Store the cookies in a tightly sealed container for up to 5 days.
