Ingredients

¾ cup unsweetened almond milk

2 tbsp natural, creamy almond butter

2 tbsp cacao powder

1 tbsp chia seeds, plus extra for serving

2 tbsp hulled hemp seeds, plus extra for serving

1 tsp pure vanilla extract

low carb sweetener of choice to taste

½ cup ice

Instructions

  1. Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Serve immediately.
