Heart-Healthy White Wine Sangria to Lower Your Risk of Heart Disease

- 1 bottle white wine
- 1 apple, sliced
- ½ cup raspberries
- ½ cup blueberries
- 1 lemon, sliced
- 1 lime, sliced
- 1 cup chilled sparkling water
- ice cubes
- In a large pitcher add the apple, lemon, lime, blueberries and raspberries and wine.
- Stir well.
- Cover with plastic wrap.
- Let chill in refrigerator for at least one hour.
- Top with sparkling water.
- Serve over ice.
