½ cup Greek yogurt

½ cup unsweetened almond milk

½ cup frozen strawberries

½ frozen banana

1 scoop vanilla protein powder

2 tbsp ground flaxseed

½ to 1 cup ice

Instructions

  1. Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Serve immediately.
