I absolutely love the fresh taste of cucumber water in the spring and summer. It reminds me of my childhood when my mom used to make cucumber lemonade for me after a day at the park. I’ve gotten so used to the taste that I didn’t realize how healthy cucumber really is. It’s composed of mostly water, so it definitely boosts hydration and it also contains antioxidants which, along with the lemon, help fight free radical damage. To flavor your water, you also have strawberries, mango and a bit of mint.

2 strawberries, cut into halves
