  1. Place the bone broth in a pot.
  2. Bring the broth to a boil over medium heat.
  3. Season with salt to taste.
  4. Add the beaten egg into hot broth slowly, stirring all the time.
  5. Cook until clear and slightly thickened, stirring constantly.
  6. Remove from the heat.
  7. Stir in the sesame oil and white pepper.
  8. Garnish with scallion and serve.
